Type of AMC:

SAS introduced three packs of AMC and client may choose any one and anytime client may switch from Basic to Premium or Enterprise.

A. Basic AMC (Only Remote)

Remote Support:

SAS will provide the remote support to the client in working hours i.e 9:30am to 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Also, SAS would not able to provide the support on any Sunday as well as Gazetted holidays. The following methodology will be used for remote support:

✔ Chat / message Support

✔ Remote access support (Team viewer, Any desk, etc.)

B. Premium AMC (Remote + Onsite)

On-Site Support

✔ SAS Functional Consultant would visit your office for Four days in a month (other than weekly off & holidays of the clients). He would provide you detail training.

✔ SAS expert Manager – Enterprise Solutions would visit your office for two half days (2 Hours per visit) in a month. He will clear all the doubts and would do software configuration wherever it is required.

Remote Support:

SAS will provide the remote support to the client in working hours i.e 9:30am to 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Also, SAS would not able to provide the support on any Sunday as well as Gazetted holidays. The following methodology will be used for remote support:

✔ Chat / message Support

✔ Remote access support (Team viewer, Any desk, etc.)

C. Enterprise AMC (Remote + 4 Days visit + Dedicated support executive)

  Mode of Support under Enterprise AMC

  • On-Site Support 

✔ SAS Functional Consultant would visit your office for full-time for full month (other than weekly off & holidays of the clients). He would provide you detail training and check work status on daily basis and report to client’s project coordinator.

✔ SAS expert Manager – Enterprise Solutions would visit your office for four half days (2 Hours per visit) in a month. He will clear all the doubts and would do software configuration wherever it is required.

✔ SAS Project Head would visit your office i.e. One visit / per month basis. He would do project review meeting.

  • Remote Support:

SAS will provide the remote support to the client in working hours i.e 9:30am to 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Also, SAS would not able to provide the support on any Sunday as well as Gazetted holidays. The following methodology will be used for remote support:
